Our Customer Product selection and Ordering Process:

Amar Marketing provides a huge selection of promotional products from suppliers all around the world. Whilst we simply cannot maintain samples of every product available, we do have a great showroom with literally hundreds of examples of products to show you, along with catalogues from the worlds leading promotional product suppliers.

1. Work with Us: Email, Phone, Visit

You can either work with us via email or phone to discuss and choose your items, or take the opportunity to sit upstairs with us in our showroom, where, we assure you, the examples on hand will give you a different perspective on what really is available.

From here we can show you what items best fit your desired outcome, both in effect and costs. Samples can generally be offered, depending on where we are sourcing from, for clothing we can arrange a sizing sample range of the chosen items just to make sure you get everyone’s fit just right.

2. Your Artwork

We will require your artwork in an editable eps, pdf or AI file for any printed requirements, however we can work with good resolution jpeg files but sometimes we will need to charge a small fee to have it redrawn so we can extract each colour and design. Please note we can match your logo to exact PMS colours ( see chart following). Click on Picture to download PMS Chart.

3. Setup Fees

Set up fees generally do apply and in some cases repeat order set up fees also apply – you will be informed if these charges will apply before confirming your order.

4. Order Confirmation

We would then confirm your order details by email, all before committing to the order, so you know what you are going to get, when you will get them and how much and when you will be needing to pay. ( Terms are generally available otherwise Cash, Cheque, Direct Credit, Mastercard or Visa).

Once the Order is confirmed we will arrange a print proof electronically showing you the size, colour(s) and location of the print on your selection. We will ask you to check this carefully, as once this is given the go ahead, we really cannot stop the process of printing or embroidery.

5. Quality Control and Dispatch

Once your goods arrive here, we will check them for accuracy against the pre-approved proof, take a picture for future reference and either hold them here ready for you to collect or arrange to courier to you at your chosen address.
